Not everyday in the saddle can be a beautiful one. Made using rugged and waterproof materials, the Provincial 30L pannier isn’t bothered by a little, or even a lot, of nasty weather. Outfitted with the same proven German-engineered attachment system seen on our World Tour panniers, this bag connects easily to your rack, and releases with a simple button.

• Front and sides use a 200-denier recycled nylon with a TPU coating that is light, tough, and waterproof
• Back panel and bottom use a TPU coated 3-layer 300-denier polyester that durable and waterproof
• Waterproof welded construction
• Rixen and Kaul KLICKfix attachment system has spring-loaded top hooks that automatically adjust to fit rails from 8 to 16mm diameter. Both rack hooks and the lower catch hook adjust horizontally to fit almost any rack geometry
• Simple, push-button release keeps things fumble-free
• Sturdy eyelets allow you to clip on a shoulder strap (not included)
• Padded grab handle for off-bike toting
• Roll-top design seals out the elements and is easy to load and unload
• Laptop pocket gives you a secure place to stash your computer
